    Personally, I like Fruity Loops a lot. It's easy to navigate, and it's also better organized. But if you were to ask JK-FlipFlop, he'd probably convince you Mixcraft is still a good idea lol

    Sure, it's pretty simple and easy to use, BUT you might not like that idea with "patterns" if you like to edit midi clips. Eeeeh it's hard to explain really, but i believe there's a short tutorial from the developers that explains that.
    I started using Fl after Ableton and i really hated these patterns at first , now i got used to it. So you really need to see if these will work for you. Because i personally felt like throwing my mouse somewhere with these patterns. Also manual routing to the mixer track is pretty unnecessary i'd say. Eeeeh you need to try it. You'll notice everything i'm talking about right away.
